Excellent location near popular tourist attractions.

I was greatly disappointed with the communication barriers I faced, as the front desk staff struggled to communicate in English without using their phones for translation. Given the hotel's prestige, I expected better language proficiency. Additionally, my bedding was damp upon arrival, which made my first night uncomfortable.

Families will love this place! !

We had an amazing time soaking in the view of the Forbidden City from our spacious room. The staff in the club lounge were really friendly and took care of everything—special shout out to Gary and Eden! !

It wasn’t inexpensive, but totally worth it.
